Oralia Garibay
President
Oralia Garibay is a fourth-year student at CSUSM majoring in Computer Information Systems with double minors in Business Administration and Data Science. As a first-generation student, she embraces new opportunities and is committed to continuous growth, both personally and academically. Oralia is excited to serve as President of the society, where she hopes to lead with innovation and create new opportunities for members to thrive. Fluent in two languages and a dual citizen, she brings a global perspective shaped by her travels to four different countries. Oralia is passionate about building community and inspiring others through leadership.
Aleena Moreno
Vice President
Aleena Moreno is a fourth-year Management major at CSUSM with a strong interest in Human Resources. As Vice President of the society, she is dedicated to supporting her peers, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the success of the organization. Aleena values opportunities to grow as a leader and is passionate about building connections that encourage both personal and professional development. Her enthusiasm and commitment help create a welcoming environment for members. Outside of her academic and leadership roles, Aleena enjoys spending time at the beach, attending festivals, and embracing experiences that bring joy and inspiration to her journey.
Natalia Negrete
Marketing Director
Natalia Negrete is a fourth-year Computer Science major with a passion for technology and its potential to make a positive impact. As Marketing Director, she is eager to use her creativity and skills to help the society grow and connect with others. Natalia enjoys traveling and exploring different hiking trails, where she finds inspiration and balance outside of academics. With a strong interest in using technology to help people, she is dedicated to making a difference through innovation and collaboration. Natalia looks forward to building connections and creating meaningful contributions within the society and beyond.
Skyler Gibbs
Secretary
Skyler fourth-year Human Resources Management major who brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role as Secretary of the society. She looks forward to fostering meaningful relationships with members and building connections with professionals in the community. Passionate about personal and professional growth, Sky values opportunities to collaborate and contribute to the success of the organization. Outside of academics, she enjoys staying active, shopping, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. A proud dog parent of three, Sky also loves dining at her favorite spot, Beshock Ramen, and discovering new favorite places.

Giselle Garcia
Director of Relations
Joey Ambrocio is a third-year Business Management major who proudly serves as Treasurer of the society. Passionate about leadership and growth, she values building meaningful connections and creating positive change within her community. Joey enjoys being social and collaborating with others, bringing both enthusiasm and responsibility to her role on the executive board. Her goal is to make a lasting impact, whether through small actions or larger initiatives. Outside of academics and leadership, Joey finds balance through yoga, cooking, and spending time at the beach, where she recharges and draws inspiration for her personal and professional journey.
Giselle Garcia is a fourth-year Business Management major with a concentration in Human Resources. As Director of Relations, she is passionate about building strong connections and fostering a collaborative, welcoming environment within the society. Giselle enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking trails or relaxing at the beach, and she looks forward to attending more concerts and festivals to share in fun experiences with friends. Her favorite food is sushi, and her dream vacations include visiting Greece and Japan. Through her role, Giselle aims to bring people together, encourage growth, and strengthen the society’s impact on its community.
Jaila McDaniel
Ambassador
Jaila McDaniel is a third-year student at CSUSM with aspirations of pursuing a career in management. As an Ambassador of the society, she is excited to build meaningful connections both within the organization and the broader community. Jaila is passionate about fostering relationships that encourage growth, collaboration, and engagement among her peers. She values her role as an opportunity to represent the society with positivity and dedication. Outside of academics and leadership, Jaila enjoys spending time at the beach, going to concerts, and sharing special moments with her friends and family, which inspire her balance and motivation.
Dr. Kimberly McCarthy
Faculty Advisor
Kimberly McCarthy is an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business Administration at California State University, San Marcos. Her areas of research interest include workplace communication, incivility, and high performance teams. Prior to joining CSUSM, Dr. McCarthy received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine as well as an MBA from Creighton University.
In her spare time, Professor McCarthy enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her husband and kids. She loves the beach, camping, and couldn't live without the Southern California sunshine!
