The Management Society at CSUSM aims to provide students with knowledge and insight into the business world, specifically around management and leadership practices within organizations. We assist students who are considering future careers in the management field by developing and expanding their experience and assimilating their skills to adapt to the industry's demands and requirements successfully. 

 

Additionally, our goal is not only to reach the CoBA students at CSUSM. Management is everywhere, and the information and skills students gain from attending our meetings are applicable regardless of the industry or position of interest. Therefore, our mission is to bring the CoBA students and students pursuing other majors together to network and learn about topics such as job applications, the value of LinkedIn, and how to build a successful career.

 

This society provides students with an opportunity to connect within a forum to explore and gain relevant, hands-on experience in the professional world while networking with their peers and local professionals to build and maintain solid business foundations.
